To shift the narrative in Baltimore City schools from scarcity to possibility, ESC builds partnerships with volunteers, businesses, and civic leaders. ESC then coordinates with these partners to identify resources that transform drab and outdated teacher lounges into bright and nurturing spaces. By offering educators a restorative retreat, our partners cultivate teachers’ creative energies and keep classroom magic alive.
