Director (Part-time)
Cristina leads the Educator Support Collaborative with a deep commitment to supporting Baltimore City’s public school educators. Her work focuses on building sustainable partnerships and creating meaningful opportunities for the community to show appreciation and support for teachers.
Under her leadership, ESC has transformed educator wellness lounges across Baltimore City schools, mobilizing over 60 corporate partners and volunteers to create spaces where teachers feel valued and supported.
